Doeg Nelson Chapter Forms Reentry Partnership

Fresh Start Community Services, Inc. (Fresh Start Re-Entry Resource Center) is a community-based organization that was founded by Mr. Bruce Relf in 2003.

Fresh Start works directly with ex-offenders and their families to provide resources that will aid in the reduction of the recidivism rate in the state of Arizona.

Fresh Start also provides national re-entry service to incarcerated inmates. All services are based on individual and family need to build trust and opportunities for personal growth and social success.

Fresh Start’s programs are designed to provide support for families through the reunification process and various services and resources are made available to ex-offenders to assist with reunification and adaptation for social success. Fresh Start provides an opportunity for ex-offenders to enjoy a new beginning. President Garrett Donaldson and the members of the Doeg Nelson Chapter look forward to this collaborative partnership in Arizona.
